Phillip Valintino made most of the championship belts you see in boxing, he had designers design the belts for him. My father worked with Mr.Valintino as the “leather man”. Mr.Najjar (My Dad) is an expert in sewing and worked with big companies such as FUBU, COACH and much more. While growing up, I learned this trait through watching my father work his magic. During this time, my uncle was always a caster and polish professional but worked in another company, I also learned this trait watching my uncle. When Mr.Valintino passed away, there was some chaos and someone had to take over the company. This is when my father and uncle joined together and formed "Masis Boxing Belts". They also hired me as a Designer, Business Man and the IT Guy.

I Graduated from Faireligh Dickinson University and have a BA Degree in information technology and an Associate in Business. I used my IT skills to design MasisBoxingBelts.com and my business skills to rekindle all the organizations we may have lossed through the chaos and change to bring everything back to Norm.  Through watching my Dad, Uncle and Mr.Valintino work and as my Mentors,  I have become a Master in the art of belt making and thank them along with every customer who has worked with us to give me the experience to become a professional. I have now designed all the new style championship belts and work with many great people in my life. This has always been a family business one way or another for over 50 years now.

We are now the official provider of over 90% of all sanctioning bodies that you see on TV today.  This includes all the sanctioning bodies in boxing, MMA, Wrestling and custom championship belts made for NASCAR, WALMART,AOL, and much more.  All of our championship belts are made start to finish in one factory since the beginning of time.  We are proud to say that our product is made in the U.S.A
